About education in physics
Teaching is given in four subjects; physics, theoretical physics, meteorology, and geophysics. In addition there are courses in didactical physics.
The selection of courses is large, about 130 per year, corresponding to more than 800 credit units. The department gives as much instruction in major as in minor subjects for first year students. The total yearly impact of education is about 25000 ECTS credits.
